She specializes in Education. specifically focusing on curriculum Planning and Development. Her research interests include Family Involvement, Psychology ICT in Education in relation to Academic Achievement. She has published Research Papers in UGC Care List, Scopus Indexed, Web of Science and Peer Reviewed Journals. She has publish more than 10 Books in Curriculum Development, Psychology, Womens Education etc..  She has received Best Out Going Student in Class XI and XII and Gold Medalist in B.ED. She received many Awards from Chennai District Collector, Dindigul District Collector, DIET - Chennai, TamilNadu Tourism Department, NIRD - Hyderabad, LIONs Club of Madras Parktown - Chennai, Gyan Bharati Rashtriya Puraskar Award - Gujarat etc. She has completed Projects in MHRD - New Delhi on SSA & MDM (2011 - 13),  MHRD - New Delhi on SSA & MDM (2013 - 15), MHRD - New Delhi on RMSA & MDM (2013 - 14) and SCERT - TamilNadu funded by MHRD - New Delhi.
