Dr. B. Ranjanie is an academician, researcher, and teacher educator with strong expertise in the Philosophical and Sociological Foundations of Education, Teacher Education, and Educational Research Methodology. She has extensive experience in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students and is deeply committed to fostering critical thinking, reflective practice, and value-based education. Her academic interests include Indian and Western philosophies of education, epistemic rationality, mental health and stigma, educational psychology, active learning strategies, and technology-enabled teaching–learning processes in alignment with NEP 2020. She integrates theoretical perspectives with practical pedagogical approaches, emphasizing learner-centred instruction, Problem Based Learning , Bloom’s Taxonomy, and experiential learning models. Dr. Ranjanie has contributed to several research publications and conference proceedings, addressing themes such as metacognitive awareness, academic self-concept, problem-based learning, career choice influences, and religious pluralism.
