Dr. T. S. Reena Ruby, an Assistant Professor in the Department of Education at Mother Teresa Women’s University, Kodaikanal, with over sixteen years of teaching, research, and academic leadership experience. My academic background spans Mathematics, Education, Psychology, and Counselling, and she hold a Ph.D. in Education with a strong focus on Mathematics Education, ICT in Education, and Educational Leadership. She guided Doctoral, M.Phil., and Post Graduate research scholars and have published extensively in international and national journals, books, and edited volumes. She has successfully completed and mentored funded research projects supported by UGC, TANSCHE, and ICSSR. Actively engaged in curriculum development, quality assurance, governance, and community service, She has also organized numerous national and international academic programmes and participated in professional development initiatives globally.
