Established in 2002, the Department of Management Studies aims to develop rural women into competent business leaders. The department offers a two-year MBA with dual specializations in Finance, HR, Marketing, Systems & Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, and Tourism & Hospitality Management. Ph.D. in Management (full-time and part-time) and certificate courses in Retail Management are also available.
Emphasizing quality education and ethics, the department adopts learning strategies such as project work, internships, case analyses, seminars, and industry expert lectures. It houses a library, business lab, computer center, and industry-relevant databases.
